Police and workers clash in Peru strikes

Transport workers in Peru are staging a strike to demand more action against rising crime.

At least 300 protestors clashed with the police outside the Congress building in central Lima, where tear gas was used to disperse them.
13 people were arrested in the first hours of the protest.
