Police investigating video of anti-migrant activist appearing to cut the side of a dinghy

Anti-migrant activist Danny Tommo filmed himself appearing to cut the sides of the vessel with a knife after it was used by people smugglers to bring migrants across the Channel. In the footage on YouTube, a rescue crew member can be seen on board as Danny Tommo shouts "traitors". It’s as protesters gathered at the marina in Gosport after they mistakenly thought a small boat carrying migrants across the Channel would arrive in the town on Tuesday.
