A Florida police officer found a dog tied up by the side of a road in Tampa before Hurricane Milton made landfall.

Florida highway patrol posted a message saying they rescued the dog found on I-75. ‘Do not do this to your pets please,’ police said in a message posted with the video.
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles later reported that police took the dog to a vet, where it was given a clean bill of health
