Police officer suspended after video shows a man being stamped on at Manchester Airport

A police officer has been suspended after footage apparently showing a man being kicked and stamped on as he lay on the floor in Manchester Airport.

Crowds of protestors gathered outside Rochdale police station late last night. Greater Manchester polce said the case had been referred to the complaints watchdog.
