Prince Andrew made a “calculated decision” to ensure a civil sexual assault case brought by Virginia Giuffre “went away”, according to a lawyer in the Jeffrey Epstein case.
Lisa Bloom represented eight of Epstein’s victims and spoke to GB News about recently resurfaced allegations surrounding the Duke of York.
Andrew is mentioned more than 70 times in nearly 1,000 pages of interviews and transcripts released in the US in connection with Giuffre’s defamation case against Ghislaine Maxwell which was brought forward in 2015.
The Duke has previously strenuously denied the allegations and paid millions a year ago to settle his civil case out of court with Giuffre with no admission of guilt after she accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was 17.
