Post Office inquiry: Kemi Badenoch blames 'government machine' for slow compensation pay-outs

New Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch was asked by the Post Office inquiry about her time as business secretary, when she held responsibility for decisions made regarding the retailer and the handling of the scandal.

She was questioned about the speed of compensation, which the government handles through redress schemes.

She blamed the "the government" machine for this being slow.
