The Irish Prime Minister, Simon Harris, has welcomed prime minister Sir Keir Starmer to Dublin. This is the first visit by a British prime minister in five years.
The PM is in Ireland to, in his words, "reset the UK’s relationship" with its closest neighbour and the broader EU.
