Prince Harry claims ‘monumental victory’ over tabloid legal battle

Prince Harry and the former Labour deputy leader Tom Watson have claimed a "monumental victory" after settling their legal action against The Sun’s publishers.

Rupert Murdoch’s News Group Newspapers offered both men a "full and unequivocal" apology for "serious intrusion" into their private lives. It also admitted phone hacking, surveillance and misuse of private information and will pay both of them substantial damages.
