Bill was one of the first prisoners to be released from prison under the Government’s early release scheme.
He served just under half of his sentence at HMP Hull.
Speaking to GB News, Bill said the Labour government had no choice but to introduce an early release scheme, and urged they ‘build more and better prisons.’
