Shadow foreign secretary Priti Patel says she is "appalled" by a High Court ruling that the banning of Palestine Action under terrorism legislation is unlawful.
The government says it will appeal the decision.
The High Court judges said the ban on the group was "disproportionate" and ruled that the then home secretary Yvette Cooper had not followed her own policies.
