Brussels’ highest court has ruled a Belgian mayor’s attempts to stifle free speech by shutting down a National Conservatism event were unconstitutional and unjustified.
The mayor’s actions were described by organiser Dr James Orr as like setting a ‘private militia’ to police the mayor’s opposition.
