The outspoken American Republican had warned attendees anyone who disrupted her town hall would be thrown out of the event.
Several audience members who ignored the request were arrested, with two people tasered.
“Bye!” Ms Greene said repeatedly as protesters were escorted out of the room by police.
The Representative is a supporter of Donald Trump and has previously made headlines with her outspoken views, including to Sky News.
