Protesters have gathered outside the US embassy in London over the war in the Middle East #iran

Protesters have gathered outside the US embassy in London to call for an end to US and Israeli strikes on Iran.

The Metropolitan Police has stepped up patrols around the march, with many officers walking alongside protesters.
