Protests erupt in Paris after fatal police shooting of teenager

President Macron has described the fatal shooting of a teenager by police as "inexplicable and inexcusable."

Police officers say the 17-year-old failed to stop his car when ordered.

Overnight at least 31 people were arrested during rioting, mostly in the Paris suburb of Nanterre where the victim lived.
