Deputy Labour leader, Angela Rayner MP, wouldn’t be draw on whether Labour would match the pay review body recommendation of an increase of around 6% for teachers, NHS workers and other public sector workers.
Ms Rayner said "we’d have to look at that, we’re not in government at the moment".
