The war in the Middle East continues to spread across the region as the conflict heads into its third day.
On Saturday the US and Israel struck Iran, killing the country’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and hundreds of citizens.
In response, Iran has targeted the wider region – attacks which the Gulf states and the US have condemned as ‘indiscriminate and reckless’.
British interests overseas are being targeted too – with a drone strike overnight on a Britsh RAF base in Cyrpus, and a second attack this morning as two unmanned drones that were heading there have been intercepted.
