Reaction: 'This isn't some kind of unstable dictatorship' | South Korea Crisis

Britain’s former ambassador to North Korea, John Everard, says he feels "shock and horror" over the imposition of martial law by South Korea’s president.

Yoon Suk Yeol said he was making the move because North Korea had infiltrated the country’s opposition party.

Mr Everard said the justification was the "flimsiest of excuses".
