Regime security being trained by UK universities

Could some UK universities be training overseas security personnel in techniques that they will then use to repress dissent in their home countries?

A new report shared exclusively with Channel 4 News by the charity Freedom from Torture has found that a number of universities are enrolling students onto postgraduate policing and security courses even when they come from countries with a long history of torture and human rights abuses.
