Rep. Hayes says she regrets voting for Laken Riley Act

Democratic Rep. Jahana Hayes of Connecticut told CNN’s Kaitlan Collins during a CNN Town Hall she regrets supporting the Laken Riley Act, a GOP-led bill to require detention of undocumented migrants charged with certain crimes.
