Rescue efforts are under way in the Jabaliya refugee camp on Friday after an Israeli airstrike hit a residential building that was housing more than 50 people. Several people, including a baby and child, were among those killed, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. Many more were wounded and others remained missing under the destroyed building. There was no immediate comment from the Israeli military on the reports. Civil defence crews described the scene as a ‘horrific massacre’
