Police have been given more time to question a suspect after a car hit pedestrians outside a pub in Derby city centre.
The 36-year-old was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, causing serious injury through dangerous driving, inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent, and dangerous driving following the incident on Saturday evening.
He lives in Derby and has been in the UK for several years, but is originally from India.
