The Centres for Disease Control and Prevention reported on Tuesday that one in 31 children in the United States are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder by their eighth birthday.
RFK Jr previously described the rising autism rate in the US as an "epidemic", claims disputed by experts who put the increase down to improved diagnostics.
