Richard Tice: 'If Rayner had any integrity, she would offer her resignation'

Reform UK deputy leader, Richard Tice, has called on Angela Rayner to stand down after his Labour countepart admitted not paying enough stamp duty on a second home purchase.

Ms Rayner said bad legal advice was behind the decision.

However, Mr Tice told Sky News: "Morally, her position is untenable".
