Reform UK deputy leader, Richard Tice, has called on Angela Rayner to stand down after his Labour countepart admitted not paying enough stamp duty on a second home purchase.
Ms Rayner said bad legal advice was behind the decision.
However, Mr Tice told Sky News: "Morally, her position is untenable".
