Riots in Paris: “This is going to get VIOLENT”

Watch as GB News’ Dougie Beattie reports from chaotic scenes in Paris, where protests have begun in what has been dubbed a ‘weekend of reckoning’.

Anger over living costs and strained public services has prompted widespread fury amongst students, workers and unions, but authorities say much of the chaos has been caused by radical militants and young looters.

Speaking from the French capital, Dougie says missiles have been thrown and riot police are actively using tear gas to try to disperse protesters, as he says: "This is going to get violent in the next few hours."
