The prime minister added the government would not ‘rush to judgment’ before establishing more facts. Palestinian officials have blamed an Israeli airstrike for the blast at al-Ahi Arab hospital. Israel has claimed the blast was caused by a failed rocket launch by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad militant group, which denied blame.
