Rubio: Iran is ‘begging’ for a deal ‘every day’

Secretary of State Marco Rubio addressed the war on Iran while attending the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in the Philippines. Rubio said Iran would "pay a very heavy price" for its recent actions in the conflict.
