Russia agrees in principle to new negotiations with Ukraine and US | DW News

The Kremlin says talks could resume after November 10. Putin made the comments after meeting US envoy Steve Wirkoff in St. Petersburg. But Russia and Ukraine remain far apart on territory, security guarantees and the terms of a possible ceasefire.
