Russia attacks Ukraine with 100 drones and says 30 day truce is ‘unlikely’

The Kremlin has said Russia would be unlikely to agree to a 30 day truce which Ukraine’s President Zelenksyy has called for – but said it was important to begin direct negotiations.

Overnight Russia attacked Ukraine with 100 drones – including the capital Kyiv. 8 people were killed and 24 others injured – with a 12 year old child among the victims.
