Russia launched hundreds of long-range drones and 69 missiles at Ukraine in one of the largest aerial attacks since the war began in 2022.
Authorities say at least 12 people were killed in the strikes, including three children in the Zhytomyr region, west of Kyiv.
Ukraine’s air force said it downed 266 drones and 45 missiles.
