The people of Ukraine are bracing for another night of aerial attack by Russia.
Monday night was one of the worst this year, with 656 Russian drones and 73 missiles were fired at cities including the capital Kyiv, the central city of Dnipro and Poltava, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia in the east.
Ukrainian air defences brought most of them down, but 22 Ukrainians were killed and more than one hundred wounded during the onslaught, which saw 40,000 people hiding in Kyiv’s subway system.
ITV News International Editor Emma Murphy reports on Russia’s ramping up of aerial attacks on Ukraine.
