This comes as a report from the United Nations Commission of Inquiry found evidence of crimes against humanity by Russian forces – for carrying out "systematic and co-ordinated" attacks on civilians, designed to drive people out of their homes.
The most insidious threat comes from above: the small ‘first person view’ drones armed with explosives. Russian soldiers are accused of using civilians in Kherson as "target practice".
