Russia’s ambassador to the UK has told Sky News Britain is "directly involved" in the war in Ukraine after it allowed British Storm Shadow missiles to be fired into Russian territory.
Andrei Kelin also claimed Polish mercenaries were fighting in the Kursk area of Russia – North Korean soldiers are also reported to be in Kursk, acting in support of Moscow.
The British weaponry was used just days after Joe Biden allowed US long-range missiles to be fired into Russian territory.
