Russian attacks force power cuts in Ukraine

Ukraine has imposed more emergency power blackouts following another large scale Russian missile attack on energy infrastructure across the country.

Many of the 40 missiles and 70 drones were shot down, but officials in two western regions said critical infrastructure had been hit.
