The captain of a container ship has been jailed for six years for causing the death of his crew member in a crash with an oil tanker.

Russian Vladimir Motin was on sole watch when his ship hit the anchored tanker near the Humber Estuary in March last year.
His crew member, Mark Pernia, is thought to have died in the resulting fire, but his body has never been recovered.
