Russian drone attack on Ukraine kills nine workers overnight

More Russian attacks on Ukraine overnight left nine workers killed after a drone hit a bus in the city of Marhanets.

Peace talks were due to take place in London today but they were downgraded after US secretary of state Marco Rubio pulled out.
Lower level discussions are taking place involving officials from Ukraine, the US, France and Germany, following rejection of a proposal that would have allowed Russia to keep land seized during the war.
