Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova holds a briefing amid tensions with the UK after an incident with a Russian spy ship.
Defence Secretary John Healey says a Russian ship loitering off northern Scotland shone lasers at RAF pilots tracking it.
He called the incident "deeply dangerous" and said the ship was "designed for gathering intelligence and mapping our undersea cables".
