Russian general killed in Moscow as US holds talks with Putin

The Kremlin has blamed Ukraine for a car bomb attack that killed a high-ranking Russian general in Moscow today.

It came as President Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff was in town for what were described as constructive talks with Vladimir Putin. President Zelenskyy meanwhile, has suggested he would be willing to discuss territorial concessions, but only with "a full and unconditional ceasefire".
