Russian missile attack kills two in Ukraine

Russia has hit Ukraine’s capital with another major missile and drone attack overnight, killing two people and injuring 19.

Residential buildings, cars, warehouses, offices and other buildings caught fire across Kyiv. Russia says it struck military-industrial facilities. It’s been trying to overwhelm Ukraine’s air defences, launching increasing numbers of drones and decoys.
