Russian rocket attack on Ukraine’s Sumy kills at least four

At least four people have been killed and twenty five more have been wounded after a Russian rocket attack on the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy.

President Zelenskyy said it showed Moscow has no intention of ending the war.
The attack comes after direct peace talks in Istanbul made no progress on securing a ceasefire.
