Russians fear another wave of mobilization after September elections | DW News

In Russia, fears are growing that the Kremlin could announce a new wave of mobilization after the upcoming parliamentary elections. Some men are already leaving the country for neighboring Georgia. DW met several of them in Batumi and Tbilisi.
