London Mayor Sadiq Khan has told Sky News that "race and class" contributed to the "appalling" treatment of Grenfell residents.
It comes after a report found the government was "well aware" of the deadly risks posed by combustible cladding and insulation a year before the Grenfell Tower fire, but "failed to act on what it knew".
