She was poisoned by Novichok, left in a discarded perfume bottle by the Russian agents who tried to kill former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter months earlier.
The inquiry branded Russia’s president "astonishingly reckless" for deploying a nerve agent which could have killed many thousands.
