Detective Chief Inspector Craig Emmerson has said that "justice has been served" after Sara Sharif’s father and stepmother were found guilty of her murder.
Judith Reed from the Crown Prosecution Service says her thoughts are with Sara’s family after the 10-year-old was "cruelly abused" and received "brutal treatment".
