Security minister announces more Russian sanctions after botched Salisbury assassination

The UK has sanctioned a number of GRU operatives after a report found Putin "morally responsible" for the death of a woman in Salisbury who was poisoned by the nerve agent novichok.

Dawn Sturgess’s condition was "unsurvivable" after she unwittingly sprayed herself with novichok from a perfume bottle left by a Russian military hit squad, the report says.
