Severe flash floods hit Spain

Southern and eastern parts of Spain have been hit by severe flash floods. The city of Valencia received more than a year’s worth of rainfall in only eight hours on October 29. At least 62 people have died in the region and authorities believe the number will likely increase. #cnn #news
