Ed Sheeran has apologised on stage in his first show since the Macklemore Palestine controversy.

The pop star was emotional as he addressed the backlash over the decision to drop the rapper Macklemore from his tour, at his first concert since the controversy broke.

He told fans in Philadelphia that he’d made mistakes.
