Shein is being valued at £19.8 billion, as it will make its stock exchange debut next week.

It’s been announced that it will be selling 280 million shares for between £4.44 and £4.62 from September 1st on the HKSE.
The retailer has previously failed to launch on other stock markets due to political and regulatory concerns.
