Sheriff chokes up describing deadly car accident at child’s birthday party

Police say 2 young siblings were killed and at least 12 others were injured at a child’s birthday party in Michigan when a car drove into the building. The 66-year-old driver, who authorities allege was intoxicated while operating the vehicle, was taken into police custody.
