Single-use vapes ban from June

Disposable vapes will be banned in England and Wales from next June.

Around five million single-use vapes were littered or thrown away, which was a massive increase on the year before.

A quarter of 11-15 year-olds used a vape last year, with disposables being the most popular. However the industry has warned that a ban won’t stop the black market in single-use vapes.

Other countries like Australia and South Korea also have restrictions in place.
