Sir Keir Starmer has called on Sir Jim Ratcliffe to apologise following an interview with Sky News in which he said that the "UK has been colonised by immigrants".
Ratcliffe is Britain’s richest man and is co-owner of Manchester United.
Speaking to Sky’s Ed Conway, he said immigration was costing the UK too much money.
